Silver is going to be golden
We are really excited with all that is happening at Silver. Everyone is hard at work preparing and finalizing all the great plans, features and amenities that Silver has to offer. Part of that is going through the development permit process – which requires 4 separate readings before council. We’ve had our third reading and are preparing for our fourth.
Meanwhile, we’ve taken the most popular home plans from MetroPlace and tweaked them for Silver to make them even better. Those improvements are due in part to the efforts of our fabulous Interior Design and Architect teams.
BBA Designer Consultants have been recognized internationally by such well-known magazines as Travel & Leisure and Conde Nast Traveller. And now, they’re doing the interiors for Silver. Stay tuned for some exciting revelations.
NSDA Architects have designed a really great building in Silver. It’s sleek. It’s modern. It will be the place to be. It’s no wonder that NSDA has won the Lieutenant Governor’s Award SIX TIMES. Who Knows? Maybe Silver will make it seven.
Exciting times for Burnaby’s Metrotown community as we get ready to launch SILVER.
As a nearby resident on Beresford St, an RN involved in home health care, and a “Zoomer” with retirement not too many years off, I see daily how important fitness is for our community’s residents, and seniors in particular.
I am very interested in this property and hope that it will incorporate fitness facilities such as a full gym, swimming pool and sauna/jacuzzi to share between the two buildings.
Wow, this looks to be a great value in the heart of Burnaby. I want to buy a new 2 bedroom condo that is close to Metrotown, right next to the skytrain!
Hi, I am very interested in what I am seeing so far and if Silver is going to offer 3 Bedroom + Den units on higher floors I would be highly interested to buy one.
I would prefer not to have any fitness facilities incorporated in the buildings as the Bonsor Community Centre is nearby. Plus such facilities would add significantly to the maintenance cost!
