Silver: Legendary Interior Design

Mar 20, 2012

When you want to create a timeless classic, it’s best to start with the right designers. That’s why we chose BBA Design Consultants to create the interior spaces at Silver. They have a proven history that has been recognized internationally by such prominent publications as Condé Nast Traveller and Travel and Leisure Magazine. That’s probably why the homes at Silver have a bit of luxury hotel chicness to them.

There are also special items that we carried over from MetroPlace. Take, for example, the window in the kitchens. That’s a rare and welcome thing in a modern tower residence. It proved to be very popular at MetroPlace so we figured why mess with success?

But, it’s the details that set Silver apart. Here’s the short list.

  • Minimum 8’6” ceilings
  • Minimized ceiling drops
  • Composite stone countertops in the kitchen
  • Contemporary-styled Armony Cucine Italian kitchen cabinets featuring uppers in high gloss lacquer and lowers in European textured vertical grain wood laminate.
  • Stainless steel appliance package – dishwasher and slide in oven and cook top with front control
  • Broan built in hood fan in stainless steel
  • In drawer recycling cabinet
  • Full height composite stone tile backsplash in kitchen
  • Marble countertops in ensuite
  • Undermount sinks
  • Ceramic tile full-height shower splash and tub surround
  • Contemporary fixtures; CSA approved
  • Laminated hardwood floors in entries, kitchens, living rooms, dining rooms, media nooks, halls
  • Carpet in bedrooms and dens – optional upgrade to extend flooring to bedrooms and dens
  • Porcelain tile in all bathrooms
  • Tile in Washer/Dryer closet
  • Stacking Washer/Dryer – optional upgrade
  • Roller blinds throughout
  • In-floor radiant heating in one bathroom

And those are just the highlights. You can see it all at

You should register very soon if you want to be on the list for the Insider Preview Event. It will give you an opportunity to tour the furnished display suite in advance of the general public. But, that date is fast approaching. So, register today for exclusive Silver updates and announcements.

BBA is a very good interior design firm in town.

    Everything sounds good so far.

Is there an optional upgrade for granite counter tops in the kitchen?

Also, I am just wondering about this:
•Carpet in bedrooms and dens – optional upgrade to extend flooring to bedrooms and dens

Should it be the other way around; that the laminate hardwood flooring is in the bedrooms and dens by default and the optional upgrade would be for the carpets? As I would imagine that the carpet would cost more than the flooring?

    Please keep me updated. Thanks

Also, is there an optional upgrade for the granite counter tops in the second washroom, for 2-bedroom suites?
