Silver Team | Intracorp

Canadian-owned, Intracorp has earned widespread recognition as a premier designer and builder of quality homes that provide lasting lifestyle and investment value.

Every home we create is designed to fit in an established neighbourhood – and enrich that neighbourhood’s profile at the same time. You’ll see it with Spruce in Vancouver, Glenmore and Highland Park in South Surrey, Chancellor Place at UBC, Centrepoint and MetroPlace in Burnaby – and now Silver.

With over 30 years of experience, Intracorp services these unique projects with a meaningful customer service program and extensive warranty coverage by Travelers Guarantee Company of Canada.

NSDA Architects

Neale Staniszkis Doll Adams (NSDA) Architects was established in 1976. Since then, they have received the Lieutenant Governor’s Award 6 times for their innovative architecture. NSDA prides itself on the diversity of its portfolio – in scope, complexity and budget – that allows the firm to grow both professionally and creatively.

As lead architects for not only SIlver, but also MetroPlace, they are playing a key role in helping to transform Beresford Street and bring it to life with cafés and a broad pedestrian-oriented boulevard.

Richard Henry Architect

Architect Richard Henry works as a consultant taking a lead role in the design process. Richard brings to the table 25 years of experience in large scale multi-family and mixed-use projects. In addition to planning projects, Richard has overseen the design of many individual multi-family residential towers. His latest is Silver.

BBA Design Consultants

Recognized by Condé Nast Traveler, not once, but three times. Travel and Leisure Magazine has also cited BBA Design Consultants for their design excellence. In fact, they have won more than 50 awards for their interior design work over the past 30 years. Their work is unique and memorable… just like the homes at Silver will be. BBA will help make your home at Silver a place that is relevant not only for today, but also for the future.
