What will owners find the most intriguing at The Versatile Building?
That the homes are hip, modern and well planned and the amount of storage. The kitchens have lots of cabinet space and the bathrooms have even more with two great medicine cabinets.
Owners will love the Corten steel feature wall in the lobby as well!
Which is your favourite interior feature at The Versatile Building?
Definitely the sliding framed glass doors – they easily open up the space.
What is your favourite store to shop at in Lonsdale Quay?
Favourite Gifts & Accessories. It’s great for picking up a card or a last-minute gift.
What is your favourite restaurant on the North Shore?
Burgoo. A good stew on a rainy North Shore day is so Vancouver.
Which is your favourite exterior feature at The Versatile Building?
The eye-catching black and white tile detail that runs vertically up the façade.

Skiing, particularly down the Cut on a starry winter’s night.

The Bakehouse in Edgemont – they’re scones are easily worth the drive.
