Management Team

David Minor joined Intracorp in 2002 and has a range of experience in the finance, real estate and building products industries. Mr. Minor received his B. Comm. from the University of Toronto, is a Chartered Accountant, Chartered Business Valuator and holds the CFA charter.

Bill Mahood has been with Intracorp in Toronto since 1995 and is a 20-year industry veteran with broad experience in residential and mixed use projects. Bill has filled a range of roles extending across acquisition, finance, development, and construction boundaries. Previously he was a senior manager (finance) in Toronto with Bramalea Inc. and The Antrex Group.

Frank Filippo, Vice President Development & Planning, oversees land servicing, development and planning matters for all low rise residential projects in Ontario and has been with Intracorp since 1998. Present-day projects include: Castles in Brampton, Liberty Crossing in Clarington and The Meadows in the Glen in Georgetown. Mr. Filippo holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Ryerson Polytechnic University, is a member of Professional Engineers Ontario and the Ontario Society of Professional Engineers.

Tony Whitaker has worked in the home building industry for over 30 years with major builders in Toronto, Ottawa, Calgary and Vancouver. He has been involved in low rise, high rise as well as infill projects totaling over 15,000 homes in all product ranges targeted towards first time buyers, families and empty nesters. He and his team are the recipients of numerous sales and marketing awards.

Lisa MacLennan Ross is an 18 year industry veteran and has been involved in a variety of residential projects. Since joining Intracorp in 2004, she has assembled an experienced customer care team that is dedicated to delivering after sale service excellence.
