Intracorp Weekend at Whistler Contest Rules and Regulations:

By entering the Contest, you agree to the following rules and regulations. The Contest is not open to employees, directors or contractors of Intracorp or to any family members domiciled with the aforementioned persons.

1. ELIGIBILITY: To enter the Contest, you must be over the age of 19 as of January 30th, 2010. The Contest is not open to residents of Quebec.
2. ENTRY: The Contest commences at 9:00 am on January 30, 2010 (PST) and ends at 11:59 pm on February 28, 2010 (PST). To be entered into the Contest, you must fill out the entry form on the homepage of the Intracorp website located at www.intracorp.ca. One entry per person. Entry forms which are incomplete will be disqualified.
3. THE DRAW: One winner will be selected in a random draw from all eligible entries. The draw will be held on or about March 2, 2010. The winner of the Contest will be notified by email on or about March 2, 2010 or as soon as practicable.
4. THE PRIZE: One prize consisting of the following: a $1,000 gift certificate to the Four Seasons Hotel, Whistler; a $400 gift certificate for Whistler / Blackcomb Ski Lift tickets; a $200 gift certificate for Araxi’s Restaurant, Whistler. The retail value of the prize is $1,600. The prize is not transferable and cannot be assigned or substituted. The chances of winning are dependent on the number of entries received.
5. THE SKILL TESTING QUESTION: Prior to claiming the prize, the winner will be required to sign a declaration that all eligibility requirements and contest rules have been complied with. In order to collect the prize, the winner must correctly answer a mathematical skill testing question, without assistance of any kind.
6. DELIVERY OF THE PRIZE: The prize will be mailed to the winner within 60 days of the draw date, or as soon thereafter as practicable.
7. MISCELLANEOUS: If the winner does not contact Intracorp within 30 days of being notified, the winner will be disqualified and another winner may be chosen. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that Intracorp and/or their agents may use the winner’s name, picture, likeness or voice for advertising or promotional purposes without further consideration, unless prohibited by law.
8. WAIVER OF LIABILITY: By accepting the prize, the winner absolves Intracorp, their employees, affilitates, advertising and promotional agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors and agents, of all liability and each will be held harmless by the winner for any liability for any injury, loss or damage of any kind to persons or property, including death, due in part or in whole, directly or indirectly, from the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prize or participation in this contest. This contest is void where prohibited.
9. GENERAL: Intracorp reserves the express right, in its sole discretion, to modify these rules or suspend or cancel the Contest at any time. Intracorp reserves the express right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value for the prize described above. Intracorp reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who, in the sole judgment of Intracorp, is determined to have tampered with the Contest in any manner or who has failed to comply with the Contest rules.

Without limiting the foregoing, Intracorp and their respective affiliates and advertising and promotional agencies, and all of their respective employees, directors, agents and contractors are not responsible for late, lost, illegible, incomplete or misdirected entries.
