With a Commerce degree from the University of British Columbia specializing in Urban Land Economics and Finance, Mr. Forsgren has been involved in land transactions for most of his career. From his early days as a research analyst to his time as a development manager to now, he has focused on finding, acquiring and developing real estate projects that are profitable for the company, and highly desirable for Intracorp's homeowners. He has been with the company since 1994 leading the West Region since 2000.

Chief Financial Officer, West Region
Steve Sammut provides strategic and operational leadership in all areas of finance, accounting, treasury, human resources and information technology, acting as a strategic partner to the President and other functional leaders of the company. Prior to joining Intracorp he spent 10 years at Intrawest ULC in various positions including Corporate Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer for the Real Estate Division, and 5 years with CIBC World Markets' Corporate Banking group in Toronto. A Chartered Financial Analyst and MBA, Steve brings extensive capital markets experience and business acumen to the Intracorp team.

Senior Vice President, Development
Maurice Pez brings with him a depth of experience and proven record of success in real estate development. An architect by training, he has directed and managed a wide array of projects throughout his career, and provided leadership to large multidisciplinary management and consulting groups. In his new role as Senior Vice President, Development at Intracorp, he is responsible for the development management process including acquisition assessment, product development and approvals, as well as managing relationships with stakeholders such as community groups, local area businesses, and municipal decision makers.

Senior Vice President, Construction
Kevin Johnston brings to the Intracorp Management team extensive project management experience, both nationally and internationally, in the delivery of complex multidisciplinary projects through a process and disciplined approach to project management. As Senior Vice President, Construction, at Intracorp, he is responsible for overall management of all construction matters for Intracorp from providing construction input into projects during their early phases of assessment, acquisition, development to their successful execution and delivery.

Director, Marketing
Carla Bury has been Director of Marketing at Intracorp since 2004 where she manages the development of Intracorp's comprehensive marketing campaigns from the initial project envisioning and theming to presentation centres, launches, advertising and communications with Intracorp's client database. With a Bachelor of Arts from Ryerson University, Ms. Bury has more than 18 years experience in real estate related marketing.

Vice President, Sales
As Vice President of Sales, Ms. Rutledge is responsible for ensuring a successful sales process for all Intracorp homes. This means that she must work with all of Intracorp's departments to be able to offer homes that purchasers actually want. This sees her involved in everything from plan types and home mix to options and finishes.
Additionally, she hires and trains all members of the Intracorp sales team, works closely with outside realtors and has final sign off on all sales agreements.

Vice President, Acquisitions
Tony Kaleel graduated from the Urban Land Economics program at the University of British Columbia. He began his career in real estate at BC Assessment where he specialized in the classification and valuation of development land. He later joined the Onni Group of Companies and played a key role in land acquisitions and asset management. Tony became a part of the Intracorp team in 2007. He oversees all matters related to market intelligence and land acquisitions.

Director, Customer Service
Susan joined Intrawest in September, 1980 before Intracorp was established as its own entity. There, she was responsible for the Residential Property Management portfolio until 1990 when Intrawest went public. She then took on the role of managing customer service for the company's residential real estate. Since the formation of Intracorp, Susan has had the lead role in looking after the company's Customer Service.
